Giovanni Verni, a hotelier from Fano with 3 properties, lived the same nightmare every year: finding 20 people in a month for the season. One morning, scrolling through Tinder, he had an epiphany: "If I can find a partner with a swipe, why does hiring have to be this hell?"

He wasn't a technician, but he had a concrete problem and an idea. When Darijan Ducic entered his office to sell him yet another management software, Giovanni stopped him: "I don't need another software. I need someone who believes in this." Two hours later Darijan was drawing the first screens of the application.

We don't promise to make the world of work perfect. We promise to eliminate the most frustrating part: the initial match. Speeding it up, simplifying it, but always letting humanity decide. Because in the end, it's people who make the difference, not algorithms.
