AFEST By CNAM is the digital companion to simplify the completion of AFEST in the workplace, to track achievements and evaluations.

How does our brain learn?
By gaining perspective on our actions. We must therefore take action, then be able to critically reflect on our action in order to find solutions.
What are the important steps to get there?
Make sure that we are able to carry out the requested task (does the learner have all the prerequisites?). Carry out the requested task. Reflect on our actions to understand what was done well, what was done poorly, and how we could do better.
Is AFEST done alone?
The learner is accompanied by a professional expert, who will prepare them, then observe them and support them in their thinking.
Who is this application made for?
The AFEST By CNAM application is intended for both learners (apprentices, employees) as well as their business advisors (manager, professional expert)
The professional expert is the AFEST Referent, he will use the application to orchestrate the AFEST: trigger a scenario, trigger the reflective phase, take photos and proof of the implementation and evaluate the scenario. The AFEST Referent is the field guide, the application will allow him to easily organize the entire AFEST process and keep the evidence.
The learning employee will also have access to the application in order to see the instructions, self-assess the actions, then have access to their evaluations and all their AFEST experiences, their own skills development. While being guided, the learner is the primary actor in his learning.
