About Video Retrieval

As video lengths, volumes and sizes are increasing nowadays, it is useful to able to retrieve video or skip to a specific frame according to user desires. For example, user may want to follow a particular actor/singer/player in TV Shows or Sports Events. User can outline the particular person in first video, and then retrieve the person in same or other videos.

This app allows user to play an Internal/SD video from file opener at beginning of the app, then pause the video and outline a rectangle (by tapping) on the object that want to be tracked or retrieved or searched on the subsequent frames in the same video.

When the user tap on the first search icon, image processing algorithm will be processed, and if the outlined object is found, then the video will be skipped to that frame which the object found. Otherwise a message will be displayed to indicate object is not longer found in the rest of the video.

Instead of tapping on the first search icon, user can tap on the second search icon. In this case, a file opener will displayed and user specify the video that the object want to retrieved in.
