Meal Reminder is an app that reminds when it's time to eat daily meals. You just set the times to be notified for every meal (breakfast, second breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner) and the pp will notify you it's time to eat.
Eating 5 meals per day helps to speed up the metabolism! But sometimes we forget to eat, mainly for second breakfast and the snack in the evening.
For this Meal Reminder was created! It reminds you to eat and it motivates you, if you follow it's indications! In the app settings you can silence the alarms, set the times you wish for every meal and select the desired language (English or Italian).
In some smartphones, in order to allow Meal Reminder to give alarms, could be necessary to white-list the app, by disabling energy saving for it.
