About Glyc

Glyc® is a mobile application designed by Vital Care Production Distribution et Logistique SPA for diabetic patients, enabling them to monitor their blood sugar levels on a daily basis. It acts as a diary and a direct communication channel with the doctor. Through the Glyc® mobile application, users can:
- Record a blood glucose reading using their Vitalcheck® MM1200 BT Glyconnect connected meter
- View a "dashboard" displaying the last measurement, the average, the estimated HbA1c, a summary of measurements taken (number of measurements, highest/lowest measurement, measurements on target, hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia) and the next periodic appointment.
- View your "statistics" in graph form, with the dots representing the various blood glucose measurements
- View "Logbook", an overview of all measurements taken over a 90-day period
- Access to a "recommendations" tab, which the physician can send from his or her interface
- Send a photo of your diabetic foot to be reviewed, noted and commented by your doctor
- Receive notifications from the attending physician or the editor (in the event of an application update)
- Modify user account settings (profile, password, language)
