Our company’s mission is to help as many people as possible change their lives, in the ways that they want, through our understanding of behavioral science. Several of our team members have a background in this field, one of whom with a PhD, so you can trust that you are in good hands.
We’ll guide you through a 5 step process to create your first goal. We appreciate that this process will require you to take a moment and offer some critical thought. Please trust that everything we are requesting is based in science, with the sole intention of helping you set goals that will have the biggest impact on your behavior and life.
One more thing that may be new for you. Gale focuses on short-term, weekly goal setting. A good amount of research in psychology shows that people’s motivation is highest when goals are in the “sweet spot” between too easy and too difficult. By revisiting your goals each week, you’re focusing on a period of time that will challenge you, but not overwhelm you. Once you string together many successful weeks, you’ll soon achieve the larger results that you’re after.
