Training Collective is a small, welcoming group fitness space where you’ll feel instantly at ease. We boast some of Sydney’s best personal trainers who will support you in achieving your fitness goals.
You’ll also be training alongside a group of like-minded people who will motivate and inspire you, as well as keep you accountable.

STRONG CLASSES
Visit Training Collective on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for our strong Sessions.
In our STRONG sessions, we focus on linear progression. Our aim in the sessions is not only to improve your strength but also to help you build muscle size and tone. Our coaches in each class will be focused on making sure you’re nailing your movement patterns. You will work in groups of three and we aim to partner you with people around the same strength/ability so the sessions run smoothly.
SWEAT CLASSES
On Tuesdays and Thursdays we run our SWEAT sessions. The sessions are designed not only to get you sweaty but also to improve your cardiovascular fitness levels, making the sessions challenging and fun.
THROWDOWN
We host our THROWDOWN sessions every Saturday. Our members say they are their favourite session of the week. Think good music, good vibes, a mixture of our STRONG and SWEAT classes with some competition sprinkled in. This is by far our most fun/popular session.
YOGA
One thing people love about Training Collective is our flexibility. This applies to our classes, as well as what we offer you! Our Sunday yoga classes will help improve your flexibility, as well as help reduce stress, anxiety and focus.
