Kinetic Pilates Studios are fully equipped Classical Pilates studios that offer both Private and small Group Classes in-studio and online. We cater to all ages, abilities, injuries, physical issues, fitness levels and experience. With our full range of classes, Kinetic Pilates will fit your needs and goals.

For London based clients, use the App to book In-Studio Private Sessions and In-Studio Group Classes.
For those based outside of London, or not able to make it to the studio, use the App to book an Online Group Class or Online Private Session and join from anywhere in the world.

All instructors are comprehensively trained through Romana's Pilates, which is globally recognised and one of the most difficult and highly respected Pilates Training Programmes in the world. Kinetic Pilates operates the Romana's Pilates Instructor Training Programme in the UK.
