- Weekly reviews to discuss your progress, set the goals for the next week and share resources for each goal (e.g. recipes, food delivery options if you don’t like cooking, workout plans etc)
- Providing feedback on your progress and updates during the week (e.g. from you sharing photos of your meals)
- Answering your questions at any time, anywhere
- Keeping you accountable to your goals and providing support if you’re finding it tough.
