FamilyMacro is an AI-led household nutrition command centre for parents, couples, and families who eat together but need separate food logs.

Ask FamilyMacro Assistant to log meals and exercise, explain authorised household data, create recipes, draft food and workout plans, review nutrition goals, and prepare supported settings, privacy, reminder, subscription, Health Connect, and goal changes.

The Assistant can do the legwork across FamilyMacro, but sensitive changes stay reviewable: you confirm before food, exercise, profile, privacy, goal, reminder, or account actions are saved or handed to a billing provider.

Log one shared meal, review the calories and macros, split portions, and assign the result to the family profiles who actually ate it.

Use typed requests, phone-keyboard dictation, food photos, nutrition labels, equipment photos, saved foods, and manual controls. AI output remains editable before it becomes a household record.

Build reviewable food plans with recipes and shopping lists, or attach a photo of visible exercise equipment and ask for a workout plan that keeps stated limits such as maximum dumbbell weight.

Insights start with compact summaries and calculate nutrition averages only across calendar days with tracked meals, so blank days do not dilute the result.

Adult profiles can use privacy choices, while younger child profiles stay parent-managed and guardian-visible. FamilyMacro is for household food records, not child dieting, diagnosis, or medical advice.

FamilyMacro is ad-free and account-based so households can use shared meals, support, deletion routes, and profile access across devices. A local-only no-account diary may be a better fit for one adult who only wants a private single-device notebook.
