How it works: Exodus 90 returns you to the fundamentals of the faith.

1. Prayer - Closer to Jesus Christ - You will journey with the Israelites through the Book of Exodus. Each morning you’ll receive a passage from Sacred Scripture and a Reflection to guide your silent prayer.

2. Asceticism - Self- Mastery - We can’t say “yes” to God until we have said “no” to the world and its comforts. You’ll return to the Church’s ancient – and largely forgotten – tradition of asceticism.

3. Fraternity - A Band of Brothers - You will invite other men from your community to journey with you. Each week you’ll meet in person. Together you will follow a simple structure for prayer, accountability, and encouragement.

The 90-day benchmark is anything but arbitrary. Break old habits and start forming new ones. Research shows that it takes at least 90 days to start rewiring the brain and to relearn the satisfaction of self-mastery and freedom.
