Core Functional Modules
1. Onboarding & Account Setup
Freelancers: Register with essential details and upload required documents such as certificates, licenses, and identification. An admin approval workflow ensures that only verified professionals can accept bookings. Email notifications will inform applicants about their application status: accepted, pending, or rejected.
Employees: Log in with the credentials provided by the Emerald Beauty admin. Ensure a secure password recovery process through email verification.
2. Profile Management
Add or update personal information: profile picture, biography, languages, and location. Define areas of expertise and categories of services. Manage online and offline status with real-time updates visible to clients. Employees have pre-configured locations and services defined by the administrator.
3. Service Management
Freelancers can create and manage service listings, Title, description, and pricing. Categories, subcategories, and add-ons . Upload service images/videos (subject to admin approval). Employees have services pre-assigned by the admin, but can view and manage bookings.
4. Availability & Scheduling
Manage time slots and working hours. Toggle availability in real-time (online/offline). Employees can update their availability status (e.g., break or personal leave) and submit reasons to the administrator.
5. Booking Workflow
View upcoming and past bookings. Access complete booking details: client name, location (map view), time, and requested services. Accept or reject booking requests. Upload post-service media (images/videos) as proof of completion..


6. Messaging & Communication
Using WhatsApp to communicate with clients allows for clarifications and instructions. Admin visibility helps ensure quality and manage disputes effectively.
7. Notifications & Reminders
Push notifications for new bookings and changes, payment confirmations, session reminders, cancellations, system updates, and admin messages..
8. Portfolio & Work Showcase
Submit images and videos to build a public portfolio. Admins will moderate all media uploads to ensure quality and compliance. Approved portfolios will be shown on user profiles.
9. Earnings Dashboard
Freelancers:

Access transaction history with filters by date.
Employees:
