The official mobile app of the network of clinics Dobrobut (Kiev) provides the opportunity to receive online medical consultation in Ukraine on any issue using a smartphone or tablet with Internet access. The app’s functionality also allows making an appointment with a doctor online choosing a convenient time, date and location, and even pay online for the provided services.

Digital Dobrobut: app features

Such services are available online to every user of the Dobrobut app in Ukraine:
•medical consultations in case, if you cannot come to Kyiv. If the doctor cannot assess your health situation online, he will recommend contacting a clinic in Kyiv for a detailed review of the issue. In this case, you will get a refund for the service;
•making an appointment with a family doctor, therapist, pediatrician, or a narrow specialist: dermatologist, surgeon, gastroenterologist, obstetrician-gynecologist, cardiologist, oncologist, neurologist, etc;
•viewing the history of visits to the doctor;
•cancellation or rescheduling of previously scheduled visits;
•viewing medical records;
•choosing a doctor in Kyiv and the nearest clinic, getting directions and the shortest route to it;
•saving medical history on a smartphone or tablet;
•leaving feedback on the work of the doctor;
•the ability to add a visit to the calendar after the appointment.

How to use the app

All the functionality of the Dobrobut app is available only to registered and authorized users. To register, you need to:
1. download the app;
2. fill in your first, last, and middle name and year of birth in the online application form;
3. fill in your mobile number;
4. come up with a username and password, enter them in the appropriate fields of the form;
5. enter the registration code from the SMS sent to your phone.
After registering, login into the app using your username and password.

At the bottom of the app, there is the main menu with the following sections:
•Visits;
•Online Clarifications;
•Documents;
•Payments;
•Contacts.

In the Visits section, you can:
•view the history of your visits on the Past tab (the tab menu is located at the top of the page);
•remind yourself of upcoming visits (on the Scheduled tab);
•make an appointment with a doctor online - all residents of Ukraine, regardless of their place of residence, who wish to be treated in Kyiv clinics of medical center Dobrobut, can choose a suitable date and time for visiting a specialist.

To make an appointment with a doctor in Ukraine online, you need to click the Appointment To Visit button in the Visits section and follow the prompts. You can find a doctor of the needed profile in the Contacts section on the Doctors tab. The search for a suitable specialist is user-friendly due to filters by medical specialty and clinics of the network. For the quarantine period, you can make an appointment only through the contact center of the Dobrobut medical network.

Online doctor consultation is available in the Online section, where each registered user can get a consultation on specific issues.

Your medical card is stored in the Documents section with records of each visit to Dobrobut medical center, and you can pay for all services in the Payments section.
