YOU STAY IN CONTROL • Counting is never automatic: only your tap or your explicit Yes adds a cigarette • With your consent, the watch recognizes wrist-motion patterns on-device and may ask "Was that a smoke?" — answering anything other than Yes adds nothing • Sign-in is optional: use Amyst anonymously, or sign in to back up your log • Delete your data anytime from Settings

PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No ads, no advertising ID, no selling data • Motion data is collected only with your explicit consent, to improve gesture recognition • Encrypted in transit; only your account can access your data
