In addition to tracking deliveries and orders, the app allows users to provide feedback directly to the company. Importantly, Ebuuhia Delivery Tracker does not include any payment functionality. The app's sole function is to provide delivery and order tracking services, along with a platform for feedback and comments. This keeps the app focused and easy to use without any additional complexities.
We are a small delivery business that will only be operated locally. As for the users, Users are required to sign a contract with us in order to use our service. The contract must be signed in person. If the contract is signed, We will personally take users' information and create an account for them. As for account deletion or suspension, It will be operated only through our company and user in person. The account will be only deleted if the user decides to terminate the contract or if the contract is expired. If these requirements are fulfilled we will personally delete the user's account from our database at under user's notice. As for the camera, It will be used as a piece of evidence. It will be great evidence for whether delivery product is delivered or not or is damaged. As for QR section, It will be used for our employees who will scan the preprinted QR code and receive their own designated work. Our business is a small local business and for application only users with a contract with our company will be granted access to the application with the account we created for them. The app will be only used by our workers or our clients with a contract and will be not used by others without any contract with us. This app is urgently needed for us which will help us for more time efficient and easier work. We kindly request your understanding of our position.
