The Pioneer Public School Project, or what is called the Pioneer School, is an educational project that aims to achieve quality education in public schools.

This is done by enabling male and female learners to acquire basic competencies in each of the subjects of the Arabic language, French language and mathematics through improving classroom practices as well as educational support activities in educational institutions using various means, tools and activities that are approved after a prior and accurate diagnosis of the educational situation in the institution. As well as raising the professional capabilities of the educational frameworks through continuous training of quality that combines what is theoretical and what is applied, in addition to rehabilitating and equipping educational institutions, motivating staff to work in them, and providing conditions and requirements to achieve the set goals.
Project development axes:

The student axis: by ensuring effective classroom practices to avoid possible stumbling blocks and effective educational support to overcome the diagnosed stumbling blocks.
The focus of the teacher: by providing continuous training of quality, as well as an integrated educational portfolio.
The focus of the institution: by equipping the educational institution and providing the necessary working conditions, as well as motivating the educational and administrative staff working in it.

Leading public school projects:

Teaching according to the Appropriate Level Approach (Tarl): It is a therapeutic approach to remediate recorded stumbles and support basic learning.
Teaching according to the specialized teacher approach: an approach that envisages the optimal investment of the specialized tendencies and capabilities of the educational frameworks.
Effective classroom practices: an approach that aims to enable all male and female learners to build a solid structure according to practices that provide the teacher and the learner with all the tools and mechanisms of work.
