Al-Dukali Muhammad Al-Alam (May 13, 1949 - ), the Sheikh reciter, was born in Libya in the “village of the children of the world in the city of Msalata” and received his Quranic education at the hands of his father, in the corner of Sheikh Muhammad Al-Alam.
He joined the "Al-Asmari Institute" in Zliten in Libya, where he completed the memorization of the Holy Qur'an, and then moved to the city of Tripoli to continue his religious studies at the Malik Ibn Anas Institute, where he passed the primary, preparatory and secondary stages of the institute.
He obtained the "General Teachers' Diploma" in 1972 and worked as a teacher in the religious preparatory school in public education.
In the year 1978 AD, he obtained the international license / BA from the Islamic University of Al-Bayda, Department of Sharia and Law.

At first, he worked as a religious preparatory teacher in public education.
He worked as a preacher, imam and teacher of the Holy Qur’an at Balameen Mosque in Tripoli, and a number of Qur’an memorizers graduated from him, most of whom memorize the Holy Qur’an in various Libyan regions.
He worked as a teacher of the Noble Qur’an at the Islamic Call College of the Islamic Call Society in 1994 AD.
He was assigned by the Holy Qur’an Radio to lead the worshipers in performing prayers at the Moulay Muhammad Mosque, whose rituals are annually transmitted by the Libyan audio-visual radio stations and the Holy Qur’an Radio.
He worked as General Director of Legal Affairs at the General Authority for Endowments from 1998 to 2000, and then devoted himself to the mission of the mosque.
In 1995, he recorded a recitation of the Holy Qur’an under the supervision of the Holy Qur’an Radio and another for the Islamic Call Society.
