Digitres is a multipurpose mobile application providing advanced social, business, and educational tools with the aim of creating smart, secure, safe, and informed communities. The app employs a tripartite approach involving government entities, businesses, and the public, ensuring a shared responsibility in combating crime, and strengthening mechanisms for data collection, analysis, and dissemination.The app has the following six functional modules:

Membership Groups: - enables the creation and management of membership groups and the tracking of individual membership subscriptions and payments to those groups. This is useful for membership-based institutions like associations, societies, churches, political parties, and business that need to easily communicate with their employees and contacts.

Smart Forms: - enables individuals and organizations to create, manage and participate in surveys, opinion polls, elections, event invitations an data collection forms

Device Assets: - enables individuals and organizations to secure, trace and manage electronic gadgets including Smart TVs, Laptops, Desktop PCs, Smartphones, and anything with a serial number.  This will help in recovery of lost or stolen property and ultimately reduce theft and selling of such products in communities.

Market Place: - enables authentic and secure selling or renting of different products and services including electronic devices, vehicles, machinery, real estate, agricultural products, furniture, clothing and many more.

Lost & Found: - enables people to report lost or found items including devices, documents, luggage, animals, and persons. It facilitates payment of reward on recovery of lost items.

Crime Scene: - allows members of the public to anonymously report criminal activities in their community. The reports can be sent to various authorities including Police, Revenue Authority, Central Bank, Anti-corruption commission or Electoral Commission.
