The Cyber ​​Africa Forum (CAF) is the leading summit dedicated to cybersecurity, digital governance, and digital transformation in Africa. Created in 2020 by Franck Kié, founder of Ciberobs and Make Africa Safe, the forum has established itself as a leading platform, bringing together public, private, and institutional stakeholders from the continent's technology sector.

Each year, the CAF welcomes several thousand participants from over 50 countries: ministers, business leaders, security experts, IT managers, investors, startups, and civil society representatives. The objective is clear: to structure a strategic dialogue around African digital sovereignty and promote concrete solutions to the growing challenges of cyberspace.

The 5th edition of the CAF will take place in Cotonou, Benin, on June 24 and 25, 2025, marking an important milestone in its geographical and political evolution. This strategic choice reinforces the event's pan-African dimension while highlighting Benin's commitment to innovation and digital security.

- The theme of this edition, centered on digital resilience, explores priority areas such as:

- Sovereign cybersecurity,

- Public-private collaboration,

- Responsible artificial intelligence,

- Data protection,

- Digitization of government,

- Technology serving the environment,

- Developing African talent in digital professions.

Several specific initiatives are integrated into the event:

CAF CIO/CISO CLUB: a confidential workspace for African CIOs and CISOs to share best practices;

Cyber ​​Africa Women: promoting gender equality and inclusion in digital professions;

Hackathons and crisis exercises: to assess response capabilities to cyber threats;

Startup and young talent spaces: to connect local innovation and strategic financing.

The official Cyber ​​Africa Forum app was designed to enhance the experience of both on-site and remote participants. It allows:
