About CurerTech CX
CurerTech CX is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is a documentation and scheduling tool for licensed clinicians. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
CurerTech CX is the mobile companion to the CurerTech clinical platform. It is intended for clinicians and care staff employed by clinics that already license CurerTech.
Accounts are provisioned by your clinic — there is no public sign-up.
## WHAT YOU CAN DO
* **Today's schedule** — See the visits assigned to you, in your clinic's timezone, with live updates as the schedule changes.
* **Patient lookup** — Search the patients your clinic has assigned to you and open their profile, care plan, and visit history.
* **Visit check-in** — A map view shows how far you are from the patient's home so you can confirm you have arrived at the right address.
* **Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)** — Record clock-in and clock-out, work through the personal-care duty checklist, note refused tasks with a reason, add observation notes, and capture the client's signature.
* **Share a visit location** — Send yourself the address of your next visit.
* **Your profile** — Review the personal details, address, and professional credentials your clinic holds for you.
## LOCATION
This app collects precise location to verify that a home-care visit took place at the patient's address, which is a requirement of Medicaid Electronic Visit Verification. It is also used to estimate the drive time to your upcoming visits.
Location is collected only while you are checking in, clocking in or out of a visit, or viewing drive times on your schedule. It is never collected in the background or while the app is closed, and it is never used for advertising.
## PRIVACY
CurerTech handles protected health information on behalf of the clinics that use it, as a business associate under HIPAA.
