Terms: from 91 to 120 days;
Interest rate: 0.05% per day (maximum annual interest rate is 24%, equivalent monthly interest rate of 1.8% only);
Platform: It is a COP $300,000 service which can be used optionally by our clients, which will allow them to save money and time on necessary document procedures and on which they will be able to receive promotional discounts in a range of COP $10,000 to COP $290,000 that correspond to discounts such as financial inclusion;
Value Added Tax (VAT): 0% VAT is applied on the commission in accordance with Colombian policy and laws;
APR: up to 85.69%(TEA).

Example
For example, for a 91-day loan of COP $500,000 (at an annual interest of 24%). The monthly payment will be COP $40,881 (EMI) and the total amount of payments will be COP $546,575;
Interest: COP $500,000 * 24% / 365 * 91 = COP $29,915;
Platform: COP $300,000; Discounts: COP $286,000; Platform Fee: COP $300,000 - COP $286,000= COP $14,000;
VAT: 0% * Platform= 0% * COP $ 14,000 = COP $ 0;
The total amount to be paid = loan amount + Interest + commission + VAT = COP $ 500,000 + COP $ 29,915 + COP $ 14,000 + COP $ 0 = COP $ 536,915;
EMI = COP$40,881;
APR = This would translate into a TEA (Effective Annual Rate) of 85.69%.
