Confanum Box Office turns any phone or tablet into a counter for ticketed events — fan conventions, concerts, expos, festivals.

Built for the people standing at the door selling, scanning, refunding, and exchanging tickets, with everything tracked on the same backend your producers and finance team already use in the Confanum admin console.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Sell tickets — search the full tier list, filter by category, add to cart with a tap.
• Browse by Guest — pick a celebrity guest from your event's roster and see every ticket type that includes them. Tap to add to cart.
• Browse by Schedule — pick a panel or session and see every ticket type that grants entry. Tap to add.
• Persistent cart — drift between Guests, Schedule, and the Sell list without losing what you've added. A sticky "Continue to Checkout" bar pins to the bottom whenever the cart has items.
• Accept payment — credit card via Stripe Tap to Pay on supported devices, Stripe Terminal hardware readers, or hand-off to Square POS. Cash with change calculation. Comp tickets. Manual-card entry for legacy terminals.
• Refund — full or partial, to original card or to a voucher code the customer can redeem later. Supervisor approval can be required.
• Exchange — swap a ticket for a different tier; collect or credit the difference automatically.
• Lookup — find any order by number, email, or last 4. Find any voucher by code.
• Check in — QR or manual lookup, with optional auto-check-in at the moment of sale.
• Sales summary — live "Today's Sales" net + transaction count + refunds, per event.

EVENT-AWARE PRICING
Each event can decide independently whether the box office charges service fees, processing fees, applies tax inclusively or additively, or accepts promo codes — keeping in-person sales policy separate from online checkout.

MULTI-TENANT, MULTI-PSP
Operators with access to more than one organization see a clean company picker on launch. Each event can be set up with Stripe, Square, or PayPal as its payment processor, and the app adapts at runtime.

AUDIT TRAIL
Every sale, refund, exchange, payment-intent creation, and check-in is recorded in the Confanum admin audit log with the operator's email, the request payload, and the resulting order — so disputed transactions have a single source of truth.

ACCESS CONTROL
Role presets (Box Office, Box Office Supervisor, Ticket Taker, Operations, Full Admin) determine which actions a given operator can perform — supervisors can approve refunds, ticket-takers can only check in.

REQUIREMENTS
• An active Confanum organization (https://confanum.com).
• An account granted box-office permissions in the Confanum admin console.
• An event with at least one ticket type configured.

The app is free; usage is included with a Confanum subscription. Card processing fees pass through to your configured PSP.
