We give you all the tools you need to Move, Eat & Sleep Better so that you can reach your full potential. Whether you want to lose body fat, build muscle, improve your cardiovascular fitness, or just feel better overall, our app is designed to support you every step of the way.

The app provides personalised workout plans, built around your specific goals. You can log your workouts directly in the app, view exercise demonstrations from our huge library and view your previous history even during a workout.

When you join Praxis, you'll be able to log your meals and track your macros, ensuring that you stay on track with your nutrition goals. You'll have the option to receive custom meal plans and shopping lists that are tailored to your individual needs and preferences, making healthy eating easier than ever. We have over 250k foods in our food database, but if that’s not enough, you can also add your own.

Daily progress tracking and habit-building are also included. You can set your own fitness goals, see your progress over time and make adjustments as needed to stay on track.

Our weekly check-ins are designed to help and support you throughout your journey, keeping you motivated and accountable. You can also check-in, ask questions or get in touch anytime you like directly via our in-app chat messaging feature.
