Youth Empowered, is the largest and most open private sector employability program in Greece and Cyprus and is implemented by Coca-Cola Hellenic and Coca-Cola HBC Cyprus respectively. It is aimed at young people aged 19-30 who are outside the job market and want to strengthen their employment and successfully claim their place. Since its launch in 2017, it has offered free, guided and professional networking to more than 17,000 young people in Greece and 2,200 in Cyprus.
