CNS CRM is the field companion app for Chicago Network Solutions employees. It connects to our internal CRM so technicians and schedulers can run their day from the job site instead of the office.

FOR EMPLOYEES ONLY
This app requires a company-issued account. There is no public sign-up — accounts are created by a Chicago Network Solutions administrator.

FOR TECHNICIANS
• See today's schedule and upcoming jobs, with addresses that open in your maps app and contacts you can call in one tap
• Claim open spots on the job board and get new work onto your schedule instantly
• Take before-and-after photos right from the job — they upload automatically, even if you lose signal and reconnect later
• Log work hours in seconds and see what has been paid
• Look up customer site documentation on arrival: contacts, equipment, documents, and saved logins (permission required)
• Mark jobs complete and keep the office in sync without a phone call

FOR SCHEDULERS AND MANAGERS
• Create, edit, and post jobs to the crew from anywhere
• See the whole team's calendar for the week
• Review the team's logged hours and mark payroll paid
• Keep customer notes, tasks, deals, and quote statuses at hand, and log a call the moment you hang up
