Chanwuyi Lifestyle Medicine was developed by Professor Chen Ruiyan from the Department of Psychology, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. It is designed according to the concept of traditional Chinese Zen medicine and combined with psychological intervention methods. It is a life medicine project combining Chinese and Western medicine.
禪武醫生活方式醫學 (Chanwuyi Lifestyle Medicine) 是香港中文大學心理學系陳瑞燕教授研發。禪武醫生活方式醫學是根據中國傳統禪醫學概念，並結合了心理學干預方法而設計的，它是一個中西結合的生活醫學項目。陳教授從二零零七年開始對該項目進行科學研究，並在外國發表一系列的科研報告，研究指出此項目對兒童、成人及老年人均有良好的效果，有助提升他們的認知功能（腦部功能）及改善情緒。因此這項目是一個具科研實證的臨床干預手段。再者，此項目已被美國生活方式醫學授予認證，並且是唯一項中國式的生活方式醫學。
