About CertReady: Worker Cert Wallet

CertReady is the worker cert wallet for the jobsite.

Keep OSHA cards, forklift tickets, First Aid / CPR, aerial lift, welding, confined space, and other certification records on your phone — with photos, expiry dates, and proof ready when a foreman or gate asks.

The worker app is free. No worker subscription, trial, or credit card is required. CertReady Teams is a separate company-paid web service; workers do not need a Teams subscription to use their wallet.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Snap it — Add the record details plus front and back photos so proof is not scattered across a wallet, truck, or camera roll.
• Track it — Keep expiry dates together and use reminders to see what needs attention next.
• Show it — Share selected proof by QR code, secure link, or PDF when a supervisor or jobsite asks.
