That's all about to change! Through the Car-Up mobile application you can choose to have your vehicle picked up directly from your home or work. Best of all, the app provides complete transparency through real time notifications of the repair process. The app also allows our shop to share photos and videos of our technicians working on your car so that you can be confident that our service professionals are always treating you with honesty and integrity. At Car-Up, we’re empowering consumers to take control of their auto repair and maintenance while providing convenience to their lives. HOW IT WORKS: SIGN UP - Download the app or use a web browser to create your user credentials. All communication is done through the power of the Car-Up application so there is no need to call or email! ADD YOUR VEHICLE(S) - Just type in the VIN number of your vehicle and Car-Up will identify all its OEM information and features. (You can find the VIN number on your insurance or registration card, or on the bottom of the drivers side windshield or drivers side door jamb.) CREATE A BOOKING - Car-Up has hundreds of services to choose from! From the list of services, choose the one that best describes your problem OR use the search bar at the top of the page. If you can’t find your problem, go into any menu and at the bottom select ‘OTHER REPAIRS’. SCHEDULE YOUR PICKUP - Schedule the time and date that works best for you, and a Car-Up driver will come pick up your car at your home or work. Alternatively, you can choose to drop your car off or have it towed to our shop. DIAGNOSIS & STATUS - Your car will be evaluated by a certified technician and the shop will communicate this information to you on the STATUS page in the booking. The shop will use this feature to text and share photos and videos of any issues they find with your car. You may also use it to communicate any questions or comments you have about the service. ESTIMATE - After the diagnosis the shop will send an estimate for any suggested work on your car. You can review this information in the booking page and select the services you want to move forward with. If you have any questions, you can continue to use the STATUS page to send messages to the shop. REPAIR - Only the approved repairs are performed, and the shop will notify you once your car is fixed. PAYMENT - When the repairs are complete you will be notified in the app. Use the INVOICE page to pay for the services. DROP OFF – After confirming payment you will be prompted to select the date and time most convenient for you to have your car returned. Alternatively, you can select to pickup your car from the service center. THAT'S IT! – Your service is complete! Your car will be returned to you at your scheduled appointment. You can also view the whole transaction and service history on your account page!
