The Board tab displays your jobs as colorful magnetic nameplates arranged in a tidy grid, with green borders signaling filled positions and red borders highlighting open spots. A tiny student silhouette sticker appears on each filled plate so you can spot assignments in a single glance. The Roster tab groups all unique student names into a scrollable list, and tapping any student instantly shows every job they currently hold. Adding a new job feels natural thanks to the simple marker-style form on the Add tab, where you enter a job title, assign a student name, note the week, and include a short reminder. The Search tab filters your entire job collection as you type, matching letters against job titles or student names with immediate feedback and offering a clear button to reset the view. At the top of the screen, two small magnetic memo clips display handwritten-style counters for total filled jobs and unfilled open spots, giving you a fast weekly pulse check. Beneath that, a row of three recently assigned student–job pairs keeps the freshest changes visible without any extra navigation.
