for each client, confirm administrations, and record refusals or omissions.

Care Tasks
Access the full care tasks for every client you visit. Read support needs,
preferences, positive behavious assistance, and other specific instructions — even offline.

Body Map
Document physical observations using an interactive front and back body
outline. Tap any zone to record a concern, select the observation type,

Incident Reporting

- AGENCY-PROVISIONED -

CareOS is provided by your care agency. To get started, your agency
administrator will give you a Agency Code to sign in. The app works
exclusively within your agency's secure CareOS environment.
