About Brass Breaker

Brass Breaker is a one-finger brick-breaker set in a clanking steampunk workshop. A brass piston rests at the bottom of the screen and you drag one finger to slide it left and right, bouncing a steel bearing up into a wall of riveted plates. Bust every plate on the stage to clear it. Ten stages, each a bigger, tighter contraption than the last.

ONE FINGER, THAT'S IT

Touch anywhere, drag, release. The piston follows your finger; tap to launch the bearing. No virtual stick, no buttons, no fuss. You can clear a stage one-handed on a crowded bus.

A WALL OF RIVETED PLATES

Every stage is a layout of bolted plates -- polished brass, copper, verdigris and blued steel, each stamped with a little gear. Thin plates pop on a single hit; iron plates and brass vaults take two or three, denting and sparking before they finally break. Bank shots, edge bounces, lucky ricochets -- it is all in your hands.

CONTROL THE BOUNCE

Hit the bearing with the edge of the piston to send it sideways, or the centre to send it straight up. Master the angle to reach the trickiest plates tucked in the corners and clear the stage faster.

SPARE BEARINGS

You start each stage with a few spare bearings, shown at the top. Let one slip past the piston and you lose it. Run out and the stage ends -- one tap restarts it instantly.

TEN STAGES

Stage 01 is a gentle three-row contraption. Stage 10 is a packed wall of brass vaults with barely a gap. Block layout, bearing speed and piston width are hand-tuned for every stage, so each one feels fresh. Clear a stage to unlock the next; the workshop remembers your cleared stages and best scores.

THE LEDGER

A dedicated stats screen tracks your runs: total runs, plates busted, bearing bounces, stages cleared, and a best-score bar for every stage. Beat your own records -- the ledger keeps them all.

HOW TO PLAY, BUILT IN

A clean six-step illustrated guide sits one tap from the title screen. Hand the phone to anyone and they will be busting plates in ten seconds.

SHORT STAGES, BIG CLANK

A stage takes a minute or two. Pause any time; resume, restart, or quit to the workshop from the same panel. Made for the gap between two stops.

PRIVACY

Brass Breaker keeps everything on your device. No sign-in, no cloud, no analytics, no ad SDK. Progress lives in local storage only; uninstall the app and it is gone. The release build requests no network permission at all.
