BeWell app tracks energy and workload at work using clever research-based algorithms:
- Daily pulse tracks your workload and energy at the end of each workday
- Monthly job wellbeing questionnaire takes 30-60 seconds to complete
Start to use the BeWell app by filling in the job wellbeing questionnaire. Answer for 5 consecutive days 8 short questions at the end of your working day to evaluate your energy and wellbeing.
On Day 5 get a detailed overview of your wellbeing. Set personalised challenges to reduce your stress and explore strategies that could help. If necessary, schedule another quiz in a month to track your progress.
Ask your employer or HR manager to join BeWellWork service to get recommendations for improving leadership practices, teamwork and wellbeing for everybody in your organisation.
