Your army fights on its own. Where you place it is the whole game.

Kingdom Rally is a grid-placement auto battler. Every wave you draw three cards and drop them onto a 4x4 grid: a rank of soldiers, an archer line, a tank to hold the front, a farm that feeds the cells beside it, a forge that sharpens them. Then both armies march out and settle it themselves. No timers, no aiming, no unit orders to fumble. Just the arrangement you chose.

Stack a card onto one you already placed and it tiers up, bigger and stronger. Put a Farm beside a unit cell and it adds troops to that cell every wave, permanently. Put a Blacksmith there instead and it adds damage. Do both and the numbers start compounding. That is the engine: a board that only ever grows, and one decision each wave about where the growth goes.

The enemy grows every wave too. You get three lives per level. Lose a wave and you drop one, but your board survives into the next. Reach the final wave and it is sudden death: win and the level is yours, lose and the run ends there.

Ten levels. Each one you win hands you a new card.

- Seven cards: Soldier, Archer, Tank, Farm, Blacksmith, Level Up, New Cell
- A 4x4 grid you can expand one cell at a time, up to 24
- Three tiers per card, earned by stacking duplicates
- Buildings that buff the adjacent cells permanently and cumulatively
- Formation is automatic: tanks to the front, soldiers to the middle, archers to the back
- Watch the battle at 1x or 2x speed
- Portrait, one hand, up to six waves a level
