How it works
• Become a client by creating an account using your name, email, phone and address. You can also log in using your Gmail or Facebook account.

Requesting medical assistance is easy
• Start placing an order by telling us what you need.
• Choose the location, service/services, date & time and the caregiver.
• You can choose only the services which the caregiver set their availability for.

We’re always here for you
• You can use the chat to send pictures, documents or other information related to your location and medical records.
• The chat is available from the moment the caregiver accepts your request,and 15 minutes after the booking has ended.
• You also have a suport section where you can let us know about any problem you might have while using the app.
Our availability
• Allow the app to access your location in order to display available services in your area.
• You’ll see all available doctors, nurses or caregivers that perform the services you are interested in.
• The bookings can be placed anytime in the next 30 days, if there is any available personnel.
Verify the cities where you can find us
• We activate in the following cities: Bucuresti, Cluj, Timisoara, Iasi, Constanta si Suceava.
• If you’re not located in any of the cities we mentioned, you can place a booking for someone who is located in those cities.

Choose the best employees using our app
• You may choose the authorized personnel based on ratings and prices and based on your location/city. You will see their picture and the company they work for.
• After the service is performed you have to rate your doctor/nurse/caregiver in order to place a new booking. This allows us to always improve and work only with professionals, and most important, it allows you and other users to always choose the best.

Payment
• Payment is easy and can be made only by credit card.

• The app will notify you about all our discounts, promotions and any other offers.
