We’re here for everyone. You don’t need a referral or a diagnosis. Anyone can struggle with eating and body image, regardless of your age, gender, or ethnicity.

Learn how to combat the “inner voice”, understand your patterns to break the cycle, and hear stories from other people that have been there. Start off on a structured program and invite family or friends along the way for extra support if you’d like. Join your journey unguided or upgrade to Beanbag Guides for additional support from real people that can be there for you.

DO I HAVE AN EATING DISORDER?
Anyone can have any eating disorder. People with eating disorders struggle with an obsession of their body weight, shape, and eating patterns. They may restrict how much they eat, binge eat, or compensate for their food. If you think you have an eating disorder, you should speak to your GP. Our app can provide additional support regardless if you have a diagnosis.

WHAT EVIDENCE IS THE APP BASED ON?
We’re informed by enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy, which is a specific form of CBT that has a strong evidence base for eating disorders. It is recommended by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence and the American Psychiatric Association. We have also built this with 100s of people with lived experience to bring input from people that have been there and understand what it is like.
