Swipe right from within folders to move a candidate to the next stage or swipe left to reject a candidate’s application.

CV Search
With the Bayt.com Recruiter App, sift through CVs using up to 15 filters to find your perfect candidate. Either use relevant keywords or narrow down your search by choosing from different filters, such as location, nationality, target job title, degree, CV freshness, tags on profile, and many more.
With CV Search, get a detailed view of CVs, complete with work experience, activity, and contact information (i.e. address, email, and phone number). You can even call candidates directly from within the app!

Receive and manage job applications on your job postings
View your active job postings and organize them from within the app! Access applications in the pipeline by tapping on active jobs to view the candidates in different stages. Browse through folders, such as inbox, shortlisted, interviewed, job offered, hired, recommended, and rejected.
