HOW IT WORKS
Simply drop your phone in the Aro smart box. It automatically connects to the Aro app using Bluetooth, starts measuring your time away, and charges your phone while you recharge. When you are ready to come back to your phone, just grab it and tag your session to track how you used your intentional time.
