Tracking your body fat is not good enough. Along with losing fat, you may be losing precious lean body mass (LBM) too which is not good.
This app allows you to track weight, body fat and lean body mass. It will highlight drops in lean body mass so that you would be able to make adjustments in your nutrition/workouts to check that.
