This situation can make it difficult for even healthcare professionals working in the same branch to organize.
While healthcare personnel, especially those working at University and Training and Research Hospitals, can regularly follow current academic publications during their training process, many experts who complete the training process and start working in the field may be away from current articles and scientific sources after the training process. Again, since current articles in many fields are published especially in English or other languages, many experts may have difficulty reading and understanding these articles.
The increasing use of social media and people's general efforts to access information in the shortest way lead them to follow some people who have become popular on social media. In this situation; Academic staff, who work the most in their branches, do research, have the opportunity to manage the most challenging cases together with different departments through consultations, that is, 'the most equipped people in their field', continue to work and produce ideas in their own institutions and more scientific communities, while they continue to work for the public with their own personal efforts. Except for the few experts who have managed to reach the public, other experts cannot reach the public. Thus, the task of guiding the public can be left to some people who have become a 'phenomenon' in some way but actually have very little knowledge about the field.
There is a serious limitation in receiving education after receiving a diploma and going into the field. While there is the opportunity to reach more educational environments and academicians in big cities, many experts who live in smaller settlements or are turning to online training due to its convenience. However, most of these trainings may be in the form of unqualified training. In fact, in some of these trainings, a certificate can be obtained without teaching the necessary courses, or what is meant by training; It may consist of watching a few videos, and then there is no opportunity to receive supervision from a senior expert. These educational institutions may remain places that are far from control and are run for commercial purposes by junior people rather than the real experts in the field. Again, these trainings can remain much more amateur and inefficient compared to the professional trainings organized by the professional organizations and associations of the relevant branches.
