Report App informs in an active but sensitive and respectful way. Additionally, employees have easy access to Policies and Procedures of the relevant organization within their personal app environment. The corporate support (e.g. counselor/ HR) can introduce themselves within the app: who they are, their view on this topic and why they think it is important to speak-up when behavior is being considered unwanted. Moreover, these support people can be contacted through the app; everything in one place and 24/7 accessible to all employees.

According to research, awareness is a necessity in order to achieve behavioral change and create a comprehensive understanding about personal boundaries.
