The Report App deals with all forms of unwanted behavior in the workplace, from the so-called grey area up to your company’s policy, basically everything you need to know about behavior at work. Report App informs in an active but sensitive and respectful way. Additionally, employees have easy access to Policies and Procedures of the relevant organization within their personal app environment. The corporate support (e.g. counselor/ HR) can introduce themselves within the app: who they are, their view on this topic and why they think it is important to speak-up when behavior is being considered unwanted. Moreover, these support people can be contacted through the app; everything in one place and 24/7 accessible to all employees.

According to research, awareness is a necessity in order to achieve behavioral change and create a comprehensive understanding about personal boundaries. This is exactly what Report App does, creating awareness on the highest level possible. With the use of storytelling we show how unwanted behavior affects the workplace and that it is not always very clear how to respond or where to find help. The videos in this app allow you to learn and experience on a different level, as moving and inspiring stories will certainly have greater impact than strictly statement of facts.
