For a loan of Rs. 10,000 with a term of 120 days, the following fees are charged.
Daily interest rate: 18.25%/365 = 0.05%
Interest to be paid per day: 10,000*0.05 %=Rs.5
Interest to be paid per month: 10,000*0.05 %*30=Rs.150
Monthly payment: 10,000*0.05%*30+ 10,000/120*30=Rs.2,650 collected
Total interest: 10,000*0.05%*120 = Rs 600
The total payment to be made after the loan is due is Rs 10,000 + 600 = Rs 10,600
- Upon approval of the loan application, the user will receive Rs 10,000 as the principal amount of the loan; upon termination of the loan, the user's repayment amount will be the total principal amount and interest without any other charges,.
