Medical departments where you can receive treatment *Insurance applicable:
General medicine: Internal medicine, pediatrics, dermatology, cardiovascular medicine
Specialized outpatient services: hyperhidrosis, hay fever, fever/corona, herpes, dysmenorrhea/PMS

Regarding fees for online medical treatment:
The following costs will apply.
・Insurance medical expenses (portion paid by the patient)
・Online medical treatment fee (fixed amount of 550 yen/time)
・Payment fee (insurance medical fee + online fee) x 4.5%

Regarding receiving medicines:
You can pick up your prescribed medicines at a store of your choice, such as one near your home, from over 5,800 affiliated pharmacies nationwide.
*Depending on the results of the doctor's examination, medicine may not be prescribed.
