App is now working perfectly! Thanks to the quick response of tech support.
Love the app. But I have the new Samsung Z fold 2. And when the phone is unfolded the app will not let me accept or decline a potential order. It will only show me the order information.
Had been working fine until tonight it will but open at all... Problem with downloading configuration file and write checking apps version number.... I have reinstalled and still no go Next day.... It's working perfectly again!! Thank you so much!!

Darren and Nick were a pleasure to work with to resolve this issue. The problem was fixed quickly. Instructions were very detailed for us non techno operators. They both followed up to make sure I was happy. GO DEVELOPERS!! The app is amazing.
Reinstall solved the problem I was having on my LG stylo 6 a couple months ago where I stopped receiving job notifications after an update to the app. Excellent company to work with now that they have a dedicated notary assistance line! Loving the hybrid e sign too.
