About AMP Credit - lines of credit

AMP Credit is an unsecured LOC (Line of Credit) loan app product, where it determines user’s cred limit based on their location, income, liabilities, job, employment, corporate employment, company position, property, and other condition factors.

Reasonable interest
Borrowers can apply for a certain amount, but they do not have to use it all. Instead, users can decide how much they want to borrow from the cred line based on their actual needs, and pay interest only on the amount withdrawn (not the entire line of credit).

More flexibile
The borrower can decide to repay the entire outstanding balance in one payment, or pay only the minimum monthly repayment (through paying rollover/delay fees), users always have the choice to make the decesion base on their budget or cash flow situation.

If the loan amount is ₹6,000 and credit line amount is ₹36,000, Max APR is 18.25% per annum, and the loan tenure is 120 days. The interest payable is calculated as follows
Interest = ₹6,000 x 18.25%/365 x 120 = ₹360
Processing fee = ₹100
GST = ₹100 x 18% = ₹18
Total repayment in 120 days is ₹6,000 + ₹360 + ₹100 + ₹18 = ₹6,478
(The above case shows that AMP Credit only calculates interest on the withdrawn amount of ₹6,000)

Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR) 18.25%
Processing fee ₹80 to ₹2,000 depending on the Cred tenure and withdraw amounts
GST 18% processing fee as per the laws and policies of India
