About Alsatea HR
Alsatea HR is the internal employee app of ALELM ALSATEA COMPANY FOR GENERAL CONTRACTING (Dammam, Saudi Arabia). It is intended exclusively for company employees with credentials issued by the HR department — it is not available to the general public.
With Alsatea HR, employees can:
- Clock in and clock out with GPS geofencing that verifies presence at an approved work site
- Submit attendance correction requests with a camera photo and automatic location resolution
- Request leave and track leave balances in real time
- Submit permission and location-change requests
- Receive work-related push notifications, including approvals and reminders
- Managers: review and approve team requests from a dedicated approvals inbox
- Secure sign-in with optional fingerprint/face unlock
- Fully bilingual: English and Arabic with complete right-to-left support
Location is used in the foreground only — at clock-in/out and when submitting a correction request. There is no background location tracking.
