About Ahla Saut

The Voiceover Competition App is a unique platform designed to engage users in voiceover recording competitions, where they can showcase their vocal talents by narrating text prompts. This app not only provides a creative outlet for users but also encourages them to improve their voiceover skills through feedback and competition. The user's journey is structured into stages, with the potential for progression based on the quality of their recordings.
The user journey begins with registration, where new users must create an account. The registration process is simple and user-friendly, after submitting the registration form, users receive a verification email to confirm their email address.
Once registered, users can log in using their credentials. If users forget their passwords, a "Forgot Password?" link allows them to reset their password through an email verification process.
Upon successful login, users are directed to their personalized dashboard, which serves as the main hub for navigation through the app's features. The dashboard prominently displays the stages of the competition: Stage 1 and Stage 2. Stage 1 is initially enabled for all users, while Stage 2 remains locked until a user successfully completes Stage 1.
In Stage 1, users can click on the stage to initiate the recording process. Upon activation, a screen appears showing casing a text prompt that the user is required to read aloud. The text is displayed in a clear, readable font. The user interface includes intuitive recording controls, including a prominent record button, a timer indicating the duration of the recording session, and a playback feature that allows users to listen to their recordings before submission. Once satisfied with their recording, users can submit it for review.
After submission, the recording is sent to a jury. The jury listens to the recordings and provides feedback, marking them as approved or rejected based on quality, clarity, and adherence to the text.
In Stage 2, users can access a new text prompt and follow the same recording steps. The jury reviews Stage 2 submissions as well, providing feedback and approval.
