Very simple application.
Allows you to keep a record of cash in the context of accounts.
Entries are created for each account
- receipt of funds
- cash flow
- transfer of funds between accounts
The application divides the money that in one place (card, wallet, Bank account) into virtual piles.
Example of use:
Received money on the card in the amount of 18,000 units. Of these, to buy food you need to allocate 10000, 5000 gasoline, entertainment 3 thousand.
To reflect this in the application, you need to have 3 accounts:
- Food
- Gasoline
- Entertainments
After the accounts are created, you need to add money to each of the accounts in the application.
Sometimes there is no time to post the money to the accounts - in this you can start another account "Unallocated money" and put all the money there (all 18000). And then in his spare time to post the money from this account to the 3 previously created, through the operation in the application "Transfer between accounts".
After going to the store you need to perform the operation expenditure of funds from the account "Food" on the amount spent. After refueling gasoline in the car - the expense of the account "Gasoline".
As a result, you can always see how much money is left on a particular account. The history of operations on any account is also visible.
