Imprint transforms volunteer check-ins into a charming passport booklet filled with colorful stamp impressions. Instead of ticking boxes or crossing names off a list, organizers reward helpers with digital rubber stamps shaped like stars, shields, and hearts. Start by adding volunteers in the Volunteers tab, where each person gets a tiny passport-style profile card with a silhouette portrait and typewriter-style text. You can quickly search, edit, or delete any entry, and include details such as a role, phone number, or personal notes. When a volunteer arrives, switch to the Check In tab, select their name from the dropdown, and press the large stamp button. A full-screen animation presses a wooden-handled stamp onto a virtual passport page, leaving a vibrant ink print with a slight smudge that immediately brightens the day’s record. That impression then appears on the volunteer’s card as a bold circular badge in the top corner and is added to the Stamp Board tab as a coloured circle with their name handwritten beneath it. The Activity tab keeps a tidy chronological feed of every check-in today, showing the volunteer’s name, role, and exact time, and tapping any entry takes you directly to their profile. At the heart of the app, the dashboard greets you with two large embossed gold-foil counters: the total number of volunteers in your roster and how many have checked in so far today. A quick-action ink pad button lets you jump straight to checking another person in, and a short list of the three most recent arrivals sits right below for a glanceable update. Every volunteer record, stamp, and check-in timestamp lives entirely on your device, so the app works fully offline and never requires a cloud account or internet connection. The app resets each volunteer’s checked-in status at midnight, giving you a clean slate every morning while keeping your full roster and notes intact.
