This is a precise solution for measuring your short-distance sprint times: up to 40 yards or 40 meters. And analyzing your running form.
Measure the distance (in yd or m) you are going to run.
Set up your phone so that its camera can see you running.
Use the app's timer and signalling system to set up the timer that will count down, give you an audio signal to get ready, and give you a pistol start.
The app automatically catches a run under 6.3 second and opens the replay system of the app where you can pinpoint exactly when you finish and see your precise time: up to the thousandths of a second.
You can review frame by frame your running form.
Personally, I made this app for myself and made my life easier. I decided to give it a public go since I haven't seen an app like this.
