This app utilizes the embedded magnetic field sensor in your Android device to detect surrounding magnetic field changes. This app does not intend to serve as a fully calibrated Microwave Leak Detector, only to indicate that a Microwave Leak could be present. Microwave energy that is used to cook your food induces magnetic field changes. If your Microwave Oven has a leak, the embedded sensor in your Android device can be used to detect those magnetic field changes leaking through your Microwave's casing.
